Introduction

Thank you for choosing Evgearx for your Tesla-compatible aftermarket accessories. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping services, including delivery methods, timelines, costs, and other important information related to your order. We are committed to providing reliable, transparent shipping to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently.
Important Notice Regarding Tesla: Evgearx is an independent third-party provider of aftermarket accessories designed to be compatible with Tesla vehicles (including floor mats, storage organizers, phone mounts, mattresses, and sunshades). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. in any official capacity. All references to Tesla are for product compatibility identification only.

1. Shipping Scope & Eligibility

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Guam). Orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address (PO Boxes are accepted, but delivery may take additional time). We do not ship to international locations outside of the U.S. at this time.

2. Shipping Method

At this stage, we utilize China Domestic Parcel Service for all order fulfillment. This is a reliable international shipping solution tailored to our current order volume, ensuring cost-effectiveness and secure delivery of your Tesla-compatible accessories. Our domestic parcel partners are carefully selected to provide tracking capabilities and timely delivery to the U.S.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. and Chinese holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handover to our shipping partner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped (not the date of purchase) and varies based on U.S. customs processing and your specific location. For China Domestic Parcel shipments to the U.S.:
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days
  • Remote areas (e.g., rural regions, territories) may take an additional 2-5 business days
  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery time. We will provide assistance if your order is held at customs, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
We strive to meet these timeframes, but please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, shipping carrier disruptions, global logistics delays) may affect delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your U.S. shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (e.g., on orders over a certain amount), which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Note: All shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled after shipping or returned. Shipping costs do not include U.S. customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable) – these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can check the real-time status of your delivery.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped, as it may take time for the shipping carrier to process and scan the package.

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

  • Missing Orders: If your order shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check your delivery location (e.g., front porch, mailbox, neighbor’s house) first. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner.
  • Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date (excluding customs delays), please contact us. We will verify the status with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) if the order is confirmed lost.
  • Damaged Orders: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, and may provide instructions for returning the damaged item (if required).

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, and you will need to follow our return policy (see below) if you wish to return the item.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our separate Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

10. Customs & Duties

All orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to U.S. customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Evgearx does not collect these fees at checkout, and we are not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs.
