We shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or omissions in shipping or delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions). We shall also not be liable for any damages to products caused by improper installation, use, or handling by you.
